MACUDA DMV Where Culture Lives and Community Thrives

What We Do
MACUDA DMV (Mankon Cultural and Development Association – DMV Chapter) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uniting the Mankon people across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Rooted in cultural pride and community spirit, we strive to preserve our rich heritage, drive community development, and empower the next generation through education, mentorship, and cultural awareness. We also carry out charity projects that positively impact our community.
Beyond our efforts in the DMV region, MACUDA DMV is also committed to encouraging socio-cultural and economic development in our ancestral homeland of Mankon, Cameroon. Through collaborative projects and direct support, we seek to uplift communities, promote sustainable initiatives, and strengthen the ties between the diaspora and the motherland.
Whether you’re reconnecting with your roots or already part of our growing family, MACUDA DMV is a vibrant space for connection, learning, and the celebration of Mankon identity.
